• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
• No-Call, No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
• Respecting Time: Our time is valuable, just like yours. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
